CareWell Hospital is a multi-specialty hospital in Hyderabad. Patients had to call during business hours to book appointments, which created long wait times and frustrated callers. The hospital had a basic website that did not list doctors or allow online booking. We built a patient-first website with online appointment booking, doctor profiles, and WhatsApp triage.
